Whats Swipe?

Instead of Touch- Nokia is proposing that you Swipe your phone screen to navigate and interact with your phone..

This looks more logical and cleverly implemented in N9 MEEGO NOKIA Device..The phone just needs a tap on the screen to wake up..Hence there is no hardware home key in the device..

Also the 3 screens simplifies the way you interact with your phone..

One screen gives all the Menu so its Menu View- similar to erst while Nokia Phones
Display format..Ease of operation for a typical Nokia User...One need to swipe to go to next screen view..

The next screen view is the All Feeds View..which is similar to the Social Hub in Samsung Galaxy..

The Third view is the Multitasking View..In this view all the recently opened live programs are shown..

The above video is N9 Design philosophy..Nokia has used the same to their Lumia 800 Windows Phone..

So whether N9/MEEGO will go further or not..Definitely Swipe will be there for some time and can be fun to use..
